We perform 3D modeling based on equipment dimensions, weight, center of gravity, and cabinet structure, completing load distribution, fixing point configuration, and workspace verification before fabrication, reducing on-site errors and risks.

Cabinet Fixing System

We design dedicated fixing structures for data center cabinet systems, ensuring equipment does not shift, vibrate, or experience structural stress concentration during transportation and transshipment.

Integrated Cushioning & Shock Absorption Design

We configure appropriate cushioning materials based on equipment characteristics and transportation conditions, combined with spring-type shock absorption and load distribution structures, reducing external force and vibration transmission to ensure overall stability and safety under long-distance transportation, multiple handling, and stacking conditions.

Component Modular Design

Packaging structures and components adopt modular design, facilitating rapid assembly, disassembly, and adjustment, enhancing flexibility and efficiency for overseas transshipment, on-site operations, and volume production projects.

Working with design drawings and specifications provided by supply chain partners or clients, we offer local fabrication, assembly, and shipment integration services to ensure accurate design implementation, maintain structural consistency and field feasibility, and reduce transshipment and rework risks through assembly, packaging, and logistics integration, improving delivery efficiency and stability.

Drop Testing (Third-Party Inspection)

Upon request, we can coordinate with third-party agencies for drop testing or related inspections to verify the impact resistance of packaging structures under actual transportation and transshipment conditions, improving packaging reliability.

Transit & End-to-End Logistics Integration Capability

Integrating transshipment, warehousing, and logistics management with optional cargo transportation insurance. The assembly facility and transshipment warehouse are approximately 15 minutes from the airport, effectively shortening transit distance and dispatch time, improving shipment flexibility and reducing logistics risks.

LIU HE operates a dedicated AI server crate assembly warehouse for each customer, with segregated work areas and processes to keep customer information strictly confidential. Customers are welcome to visit on site at any time to review production progress and quality control first-hand.
